Twizzr (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an online toy store operated by Ecominds Enterprises, registered in Maharashtra, India.


Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be initiated in the following cases:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items delivered

Requests for refunds due to change of mind or no longer needing the product will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Twizzr.

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Products must be unused

  • Products must be in their original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, and inserts must be intact

We reserve the right to reject requests if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Refund Method and Processing Time
  • Refunds will be issued as per the communication agreed upon at the time of resolution (e.g., original payment method or alternative method, as applicable).

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
     

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated during the refund or replacement process.
     

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund, subject to confirmation from our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
 

Non-Refundable Items

Currently, there are no specific product categories excluded from refunds. All refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
